Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

1. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once the project starts.
2. If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.

2. Cancellation Policy

1. Clients may request to cancel a project with a 30-day written notice.
2. If work has already commenced, no refunds will be issued for completed work.

3. Revision & Correction Policy

1. If a client is unsatisfied with the project, we will attempt reasonable revisions based on the agreed scope.
2. Requests outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.

4. Exceptional Cases

1. If a project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair resolution will be discussed with the client.
